Terms & Conditions
- Entitled to participate are employees who begin their assignment with our customer Amazon in a group 1 location in calendar week 45 to 48, in weeks 46 to 48 in a group 2 location or in calendar weeks 45 to 49 in a group 3 location who have not been employed or deployed at location within the last month calculated from the start of the assignment.
- Entitled Employee receives a bonus if he or she achieves an attendance rate of at least 90% based on the respective shift schedule in the period between the start of the assignment and 31.12.2020.
- Employee has no unexcused absences.
- Employees whose regular monthly working hours are less than 130 (non full-time equivalent) receive the bonus proportionally on a pro rata temporary basis.
- The hiring bonus will be paid with December 2020 payroll so until 15th of January 2021
- Each hired employee will get a leaflet with terms and conditions of the program latest on Day 0 and will sign acceptance of the conditions
