Q. Why do I register with Amazon?

The application form with Amazon is a required part of the application process; it also helps us to process your application in a timely manner. Once your application is reviewed, you will be able to continue through the process.

Q. How long before I can start?

Once you have completed all the Adecco and Amazon required tasks, we hope to have you booked to begin work as soon possible.

Documentation

Q. What Documentation do I need to provide Adecco?

You will be required to submit for a Police Check as well as Work Rights confirmation. Both require 100 points of ID including a Photo ID.

Examples of ID documents required:

Passport/ Birth Certificate
Drivers License
Proof of Age card
Secondary forms of ID

New Hire Presentation

Q. What can I expect at the New Hire Presentation?

The event is our chance to meet you, and for you to learn more about working at Amazon. The goal? To make sure you are ready to start work!

We ask you to have good internet connection and are in a private and quiet location with your laptop/mobile device microphone and video enabled.

The agenda?

Brief overview of Adecco for Amazon
Review of the tasks required eg Health & Safety Modules have been completed.
Allows you to ask questions and understand the Amazon work environment
Explain the various site types and locations

On the job

A new job is exciting! We realise you may have some doubts at the start.

Q. What shift patterns are available?

Depending on the site type and location, there are a number of shifts available. You will be advised on these during the New Hiring Presentation.

Q. How long is the contract for?

Your Amazon Assignment with Adecco is ongoing and if it is not, you will be clearly advised the length before you commence.

Q. What if I have a question about my pay?

Please contact your dedicated Adecco Onsite Team. We are here to answer any questions you have about working at Amazon, especially your pay. We know how important it is to get it right. And with Adecco, you can be assured of this.
